The event focuses - as in previous years - at the operational management of Voxtron Contact Center solutions. Primary objectives are the exchange of experiences ("Supervisor-Networking") and the opportunity to talk with colleagues, Voxtron employees and industry experts about daily practice.
Secondary, Voxtron GmbH wants to offer you as a user of a Voxtron system the opportunity to increase, the quality and effectiveness of your service and to increase productivity, and simplify the operation through various workshops and lectures. For this purpose hands-on training sessions will be organized.
