Technical Workshop Voxtron Benelux

On Friday, 18th of March, between 09:00 and 16:00, Voxtron Benelux organizes a "Technical Workshop" for engineers with Voxtron-experience.

With practical examples, we will show how to use Voxtron in your daily practice:

• Overview Voxtron Communication Center (new!)
• The best of VCC - flow examples (recording, manual routing, database integrations, listening, IVR-memory, priorities, queue management)
• Configuration voxTime
• Configuration voxNumbers (opening hour management, speechfile planning, …)
• Succesful kickoff and needs analysis
• Knowledge sharing
• Tips & tricks

Price: € 250/person

All participants receive a discount voucher of € 250 which at the next Voxtron-order can be exchanged. This voucher is valid for a period of 6 months. Cancellation must be made 1 week before this workshop.
