Ahlen - Call Recording, 3-party Conference and Multiple Contact Routing – just a few of the marked new features in agenTel 6.2. The new version of the Contact Center suite is now available and will be presented in public at CallCenterWorld 2010 from February 9 to 11 at the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin, Hall 4, Stand A12.

agenTel's look and feel has changed considerably. It looks fresh, it is yet more ergonomic and it has been adapted to the new corporate image.

As a total solution, agenTel 6.2 covers multiple contact routing, call recording and statistics and supports front and back office with the same new look and feel. In this way, back office employee sites can be turned into fully fledged contact center employee sites by just one mouseclick.
