With this next major release of agenTel, Voxtron has introduced many new features:

 

 

»Fax routing (incoming faxes)
The IVR receives the incoming faxes and routes them to the most appropriate agent.
The fax is then presented inside the agenTel client application.
 
»Fax from the desktop (sending)
Agents can send faxes using any application by using the agenTel fax printer driver.
 
»Outbound campaigns

Import a list of contacts and count on agentel to dial them and pass them to a free agent.

 
»Different pause reasons

Up to 10 different pause reasons can be freely configured by the administrator.

 
»Popup information for direct calls (pure CTI)
AgenTel now supports displaying popup information for calles that did not pass via the contact center, but arrived directly on the extension of the agent.
 
»Office client license
Fax routing, fax from the desktop, popup information of direct calls (pure CTI) are features that are available in the Office Client license.
 
»Contact codes in a tree
Contact codes are used by the agents to classify the calls, emails, faxes,... for statistical purposes. They are now displayed in a "tree", making it easier for the agent to find the contact code he/she is looking for.;
 
»Enhanced desktop software
The agenTel client software has been  extended to make it even more easier to work with. All contacts on which agent is working are now displayed in their own tab.
 
»Continuously monitored extensions
Get statistics about your agents even when they are not logged into the contact center.

 

Due to the ongoing success of agenTel, the agent client software is available in more than 10 languages (including French, Dutch, German, Russian, Italian…)!
