Voxtron becomes a CA technology partner
Starting from agenTel 6·0, Voxtron has integrated with CA XOSoft™ WANSync™ HA for offering the so called “warm standby” solution for agenTel. The warm standby solution consist of two agenTel servers (the “active” and the “standby” server) that are constantly synchronized with each other, it provides automatic failover in case of failure of the active server. This high availability configuration is based on CA XOSoft™ WANSync™ HA system, where Voxtron has implemented the necessary snap-ins that allow monitoring and controlling of the agenTel software.
During development of the agenTel warm standby solution, and thanks to the Technology partnership, Voxtron has communicated in dept with CA to provide a stable and reliable HA solution.
The technology partnership also enables Voxtron to have direct access to CA’s support and development teams.
Voxtron becomes a Dialogic Application Partner
Since Eicon has taken over Dialogic, Voxtron has become a Dialogic Application Partner in September, 2007.
This partnership is in fact a continuation of the "Eicon Networks Technology Partner" program of which Voxtron was already a member in August, 2003.

Voxtron has joined the Intel Communications Alliance (ICA)
Voxtron has been appointed to be an affiliate member of the Intel Communications Alliance ("ICA", http://www.intelcommsalliance.com) thanks to its long-lasting cooperation with Intel. The ICA is a community of communications and embedded developers and solution providers committed to the development of modular, standards based building blocks, platforms, and solutions based on Intel technologies and products. The first results of the partnership have been shown on the show Telecom World in Geneva in October 2003, where Voxtron presented its agenTel call center with web agents and decentralized architecture, based on Intel's VoIP technology HMP (Host Media Processing).

Partnership between Eicon Networks and Voxtron
Eicon Networks, one of the biggest manufacturers of CAPI compliant ISDN telephony boards, has become a Voxtron partner. Voxtron's products (S-Butler, TeleButler, Axxium and agenTel) are fully compliant with Eicon's Diva Server range of boards (BRI, 4BRI and PRI). In addition, advanced IVR functions like conferencing have been implemented on the Eicon Diva Server boards.
Today many of Voxtron's customers are already using Eicon boards to connect to the telephony environment. Customers can be sure that Eicon and Voxtron will continue to work together, developing hardware and software that will deliver ever better solutions.

Partnership between Voxtron and Attachmate
With this understanding, both parties express their intentions to move into the high-end market of IVR and call center systems where information is stored inside mainframes (AS/400, IBM…). Attachmate’s Smart Connector technology gives Voxtron the means of accessing information stored inside these mainframes.
This information can be used for various intelligent services, ranging from customer identification (phone banking systems) to the advanced routing of calls inside Voxtron’s agenTel call center based on the caller's profile stored in the mainframe.
Both parties will benefit greatly from this; both technically as well as commercially.
