Voxtron has now achieved – through its development department, The Voxton Factory - the Microsoft Gold Certified Partnership. Voxtron customers benefit from the partnership by an advanced integration into Windows operating systems, office software and MS Business Solutions. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners take advantage of relevant .NET Development Tools. They are supported by continuous further trainings and get access to technical Microsoft resources.
To achieve the second level of the Microsoft Partner Program, the Voxtron Factory was demanded to collect 120 partner points and to accomplish further requirements. With reaching the partner level and having certified products now, Voxtron emphasizes the fact that its communication solutions are based on Windows products ever since years.

Gold for Voxtron – Ahlener reach Microsoft Top Status
Voxtron finally became Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Now they reached the highest level of Microsofts Partner-program and Redmond confirms hereby that Voxtron employees achieve constantly outstanding values from product authority over know-how and service up to customer satisfaction.
Only about two per cent of the Microsoft Certified partners achieve the demanding gold status. Voxtron now also has the information Worker Solution competence. This regards Voxtron as a specialist to conceive and implement solutions for communication and cooperation in working groups, departments and enterprise-wide environment.
They structure information management, automate business processes and integrate existing business applications into one single core system.
Base of this is the Microsoft Office System. Only selected business Solution partners reach the highest step of the Microsoft partner schedule.
“We are happy that we made the next step in this important program just after one year”, says Ralf Mühlenhöver, director of Voxtron Germany. This shows how the Voxtron employees trained themselves intensively into the Microsoft Portfolio and how well they control every single component of it.

After successfully testing the interaction between Elmeg's PBXs and Voxtron's call/contact center and IVR solutions "agenTel/Axxium", Elmeg has issued the re-certification. As part of the German Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH (http://www.funkwerk-ec.com/index_en,837.html), the three brands Elmeg, Artem and Bintec represent compact and modular ITC systems, professional wireless LAN solutions and IP-based data communication. The new certification is a sign for the national and international cooperation between Elmeg and Voxtron as the products are an ideal combination.
Aastra has certified the IVR software Axxium and the contact center software agenTel
Aastra has performed extensive tests to certify Voxtron's IVR software Axxium and the contact center software agenTel. The connection towards the Ascotel IntelliGate IP PBX, Version I6.5, has been realized through BRI (to play audio messages, IVR menus, transfer of calls to agents, ...) and the OIP-CTI-Interface (to receive Tapi information from the agents' phones).
Various Aastra partners and resellers are using Voxtron's software solutions for voice portals and call/contact centers; the achieved quality audit is now opening the future path for an even closer business relationship between Voxtron and Aastra all over Europe.

agenTel receives certification for Innovaphone VOIP Gateway/PBX
The Voxtron Call Center-Software agenTel is now in its 3rd year succesfully used on leading PBXs. The possibility to connect to a VoIP communications platform via H.323/H.450 protocols by using a Voice-over-IP-CAPI driver has been recently added. This new technology was shown first on "Telecom World Geneva" in October 2003 and is now certified and supported by innovaphone http://www.innovaphone.com on their 4- and 30-Channel gateways with PBX functionality (innovaphone PBX). This makes it also for SME companies possible to implement an intelligent call distribution in e.g. support inquiries over different locations and optimizes thereby the personnel employment of coworkers with similar qualifications.

Axxium receives certification for Siemens HiPath ProCenter (HPPC) integration
Axxium is already used all over the world as an IVR front-end for the Siemens HPPC call center solution. As a very intelligent IVR front-end, Axxium extends the HPPC with interesting features such as the ability to influence routing strategy, attaching data to the call, perform the so called FMNQ (calls are being queued on the PBX but re-enter Axxium for special announcement messages without losing their position in the queue), and many more…
It was only logical that the next step would be an official certification of this integration. So today extensive tests in the lab of Siemens have proven Axxium to be fully integrated and compliant with Siemens HiPath ProCenter call center.
Axxium and TeleButler receive Alcatel’s Compliant Application certificate
At het beginning of January, Voxtron entered the Alcatel Applications Partner Program.
As part of this program, Voxtron applied for the certification of Axxium and TeleButler.
After extensive tests in the lab of Alcatel, Axxium and TeleButler successfully received Alcatel’s Compliant Application certificate on the OmniPCX Office PBX.
Axxium receives Tenovis certificate
Axxium has been certified by Tenovis GmbH on the Integral i5, Integral i55, Prima 200S and Prima 600S PBX's. Because many Axxium installations in the field today are already installed on Tenovis PBX's, the certification procedure was only a formality and could be done in a very short time. Through this certification, Axxium is available as a 3rd party product via the Tenovis sales team or the Tenovis sales partners as an add-on to the Tenovis PBX's.

Panasonic certifies agenTel 3.0 on KX-TDA 100 and 200
As a new alternative in addition to the other Voxtron certified PBXs, Voxtron's agenTel 3.0 works also with the Panasonic Hybrid Systems KX-TDA (up to 108 lines) and KX-TDA (up to 216 lines).
The full range of functions and the complete ISDN, IP and TAPI feature set, enables the Panasonic Partners to offer technical and financial very attractive solutions to the customer.
agentel 3.0 is official certified as a 3rd Party application by Panasonic Deutschland GmbH and will be shown during the Panasonic roadshow in June.

Elmeg certifies agenTel 3.0 and S-Butler 2.0 (ACD) on ICT 46, ICT 88 and ICT 880
Within a verification of the interoperability, Elmeg certified the inbound call center agenTel and the new S-Butler 2.0 (ACD) with the new PBX ICT46, ICT88 and ICT 880.
The products extend the PBXs with functions like automatic call distribution, multilingual announcement before transfer, up to 25 interactive waiting queues, voice-mail including forwarding via e-mail, department menus and popup information about the caller on every workplace. The inbound call center provides a sophisticated skill-, time- and agent-based routing, real time and historical statistics and much more.
The Elmeg PBXs and the software from Voxtron represent an ideal combination of telephony infrastructure and software application for small- and middle-sized companies.
